These terms are a short, plain-language draft and are not legal advice. They will be finalized. By ordering from CutDen you agree to them.

What we do

CutDen is run by Willhite Strategy Group. We make product videos for Amazon sellers. You ship us your product, we film it and edit the video, and we deliver the finished files. There are two offers: videos for your own use, and a premium tier where we also publish the video on our channels. Pricing for each is agreed with you before you order.

Payment and shipping

Payment is due, and the product must reach us, before we start work. You pay to ship the product to us.

Your product and rights

You promise that you own the product and brand, or have permission to use them. For videos made for your own use, you receive the finished files. For the premium tier, you agree that we may publish the video and short versions of it on our channels and social accounts.

Amazon rules

Amazon sets its own rules for listings and videos and can reject content. We cannot promise that Amazon will approve any video.

Limits

We provide the service as described and do not promise sales results. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
