If we cannot deliver

If we do not deliver your video, we refund the payment for that product.

Your product

You ship the product to us. If we cannot use it, for example because it arrives damaged or is not what you described, we will contact you and either work it out with you or refund your payment. Shipping costs are not refunded.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your product name and what went wrong. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
